Answer

As Prime Minister, from time to time I receive advice, including via my office staff, from the Cabinet Office about aspects of the Cabinet Manual. This includes an email from the Cabinet Office to my Chief of Staff about a Minister who commented publicly about a forthcoming Cabinet decision (titled “comments in article” and dated 24 April 2025).
