What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 24 August 2026, listed by agency, title and date received?

Answer

I refer the Member to the list below of briefings I received from Education agencies for the week beginning 24 August 2026: Draft Ministry of Education Annual Report 2026 Background and talking points on the Education (School Attendance) Amendment Regulations 2026 for Cabinet Legislation Committee Amendment to Gazette Notice (Tōtara Point) Early Childhood Education: Update on Digital Signatures Some titles have been withheld as they are sensitive in nature and are not in the public interest to release at this time. This answer does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
