28 August • Weekly report – Reporting period ending 27 August 2026 • Proposed agenda – Crown Response Office Officials meeting 1 September 2026 • Briefing – Lake Alice Psychiatric Hospital Child and Adolescent Unit torture redress performance report One title has been withheld as it is not i the public interest to release it at that time. This answer does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week.  Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
