In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I received the following advice, reports, briefings, aides-mémoire and other documents in the week beginning 24 August 2026: Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport: 25/08/2026: 26-BRF-02464: Briefing: Agreement to Lodge APH Paper for Proposed Appointments to the Tasman District Council Streamlined Planning Process Panel 27/08/2026: Final RMA Reform, Environment and Climate Change Weekly Reports week ending 28 August 2026 It is not in the public interest to release four further titles as they are under active consideration.
