Answer

No high-risk investment assurance reviews have been conducted since the Gateway Review completed on 31 January 2025. Following that review, the programme scope was reduced to enabling an open Road User Charges (RUC) provider market and de-labellisation. The next planned assurance activity is a Readiness Independent Quality Assurance review during the pre-implementation phase, currently scheduled for December 2026.
