Answer

None of the projects specified in the question have completed Stage Gate Reviews. I am advised Stage Gate Reviews are undertaken at agreed decision points throughout a project's lifecycle and are scheduled in consultation with Treasury. These projects have not yet reached the relevant project milestone or decision point that would trigger a Stage Gate Review.
