The table sets out the budgeted amounts for utilities at Premier House for the 2026/27 financial year and the actual costs for the 2025/26 financial year. Utility Actual FY 2025/26 (GST excl.) Budget FY 2026/27 (GST excl.) Internet/Phone $755.46 $684.00 Waste Management $1,348.37 $1,284.00 Gas / Electricity $42,743.56 $40,368.00 Water (Rates) $1,984.48 There is no separate budget for water rates, these are including in Wellington City Council rates.
