Further to the reply to written question 37231 (2026), who within Ferry Holdings Ltd holds the delegated authority to approve an exemption from open advertising, and were any exemptions approved by a person other than the delegated authority; if he does not hold this information, will he request it from Ferry Holdings Ltd, and if not, why not?

Rt Hon Winston Peters

Answer
The Chief Executive up to a limit of $100,000 and the Chair and Chief Executive up to a limit of $500,000, otherwise the Board if over that amount. There have been no exemption approvals from anyone other than the Chief Executive or the Chair of the Board.
