We do not hold the Ferry Holdings risk register as maintaining the risk register is an operational matter for the board. Our role is to provide the strategic expectations of the company for which the board must discharge, and the primary function of the company is that Ferry Holdings delivers our approved scope of work and that the taxpayer share does not exceed $1.704 billion.
