Further to the replies to written questions 37233 (2026) and 37234 (2026), have any Ferry Holdings Ltd staff or contractors with procurement responsibilities resigned or ceased to hold those responsibilities since 1 January 2026, and has any enforcement or integrity agency made an inquiry of Ferry Holdings Ltd concerning its procurement, whether or not a referral was made; if he does not hold this information, will he request it from Ferry Holdings Ltd, and if not, why not?

In respect of the first part of the question, one Ferry Holdings contractor with responsibilities that included procurement in June 2026. In respect of the second part, no. In respect of the third part, no as there is nothing to request.
