Answer

A wide array of changes announced for the Recognised Seasonal Employer scheme see areas removed or simplified: • Employer accreditation will be graduated, with duration based on the employers risk. For some employers, accreditation will last 6 years. • The ATR process will be streamlined, with some employers having access to MSD endorsement of up to 3 years. Additionally, most non-labour market related checks will be removed from the ATR. • Cost recovery will be simplified, with a clear and transparent list of what items can be recovered. This will be paired with a Cost Recovery Agreement template.
