Answer

I am advised that the Ministry of Justice’s Charging Guidelines for OIA Requests, and the Ombudsman’s Charging: A guide to charging for official information under the OIA and LGOIMA are publicly available documents that outline the appropriate circumstances in which to make reasonable charges for supplying official information under the OIA.
