Answer

I am advised by Fire and Emergency New Zealand that the first volunteer crew to arrive at the Caversham house fire was from the Ravensbourne Volunteer Fire Brigade, with the call sign RAVE281. The crew arrived 12 minutes and 32 seconds after dispatch.
