I am advised that Easy Read complaints and feedback forms are not widely used by Health New Zealand districts, and most districts that do use it do not capture the data requested. I am further advised that Lakes District uses Easy Read forms and has recorded the following feedback or complaints: • 161 in 2023/24 (Complaints – 84, Feedback – 21, Compliments – 56) • 210 in 2024/25 (Complaints – 88, Feedback – 19, Compliments – 103) • 278 in 2025/26 (Complaints – 79, Feedback – 36, Compliments – 163)
