Answer

I am advised that Health New Zealand does not currently hold nationally consistent information on the number or proportion of complaints it receives from people with intellectual or learning disabilities. I am further advised that Health NZ is rolling out Te Tumu Aroturuki ā-Motu, a National Events, Feedback and Risk Management System, which will have an agreed taxonomy, including data fields for people with disability. National rollout is expected to be completed by June 2027.
