I am advised that there have been five applications lodged under s185 RMA that relate to those properties: • One has had an order made by the Environment Court under s185 RMA. • One was withdrawn by consent following an agreement being reached. • One has proceedings adjourned until 30 November whilst negotiations continue. • Two are yet to have a hearing date set.
