What specific steps, if any, have been taken to explore options for holding a defence industry engagement event in Canberra, Australia, in 2027, as the Minister indicated would be explored following New Zealand's non-participation in a planned trilateral defence ministers' meeting and associated defence industry showcase in August 2026; and what dates, funding, and lead agency, if any, have been identified for any such event?
