The Government is ensuring that the Industry Skills Boards are resourced with an additional $3 million in Budget 2026. This investment provides targeted funding in 2026 to support industry skills boards’ (ISBs) strategic workforce analysis and planning function, specifically looking at the retention and attraction of apprentices.
