Is the Minister aware that statistics show that completion rates for construction apprenticeships are lower than many other trades; if yes, what is his specific plan to address this?

Answer

I am focused on measures that strengthen the whole construction sector and make trades more attractive as careers, with pathways into work. This includes reforms to create a stronger, more consistent pipeline of work and lift productivity so the industry can offer better opportunities. These steps will encourage more young people to enter roles across the trades.
