Answer

Kāinga Ora — Homes and Communities advises me that between 1 July 2024 and 31 July 2026, it sold 1,093 state houses. Of these, 54 properties were tested for methamphetamine contamination within one year of the house selling. Following the testing of those 54 properties, 27 required decontamination. This is also my response to WPQ 36353 (2026).
