I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 34456 (2026) and 35869 (2026). Disclosure could prejudice NZTA's commercial position by revealing the contractor’s financing arrangements and could adversely affect future NZTA procurement processes by providing prospective bidders and financiers with insight into commercially sensitive market information.
