Answer

Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) has made the changes that it was directed to implement in the Ministerial Directive Letters of 8 April 2024 and 6 March 2026. LINZ has also implemented the changes made in the Overseas Investment (National Interest and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2025.
