I refer the Member to the attachment for One Home to Live In consents. One Home to Live In transactions are for pre-approvals. Therefore, the regions have only been provided where Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) has been notified that a property has been acquired. For $5 million plus house consents, please see LINZ’s website: https://www.linz.govt.nz/our-work/overseas-investment-regulation/overseas-investment-information-dashboards/5-million-plus-house-consents Note this goes beyond the 2025/26 financial year.
