Answer

Under section 165 of the Education and Training Act 2020, school boards must ensure that the school’s principal and staff monitor and evaluate the performance of their students. The Ministry of Education regulates schools reporting on students’ performance through the Education (Planning and Reporting) Regulations 2023 and Education (School Boards) Regulations 2020.
