Local government plans and proposals are usually received and considered by other agencies first, rather than the Treasury. While the Treasury occasionally receives information on local government proposals, it does not hold them centrally unless they are considered by Cabinet or through the Budget process. I note the member has submitted an OIA request for this information to the Treasury, and it will respond in due course.
