Answer

I am advised that the following applications were made in each of the last 10 financial years: • 2017-2022 – No applications made. • 2023 – two applications. Agreement was reached with the owners and the applications were subsequently withdrawn. • 2024 – one application. An order was made under s185 of the RMA with consent of both parties. • 2025 – one application. Proceedings currently adjourned pending outcome of negotiations. • 2026 – one application made to date. Hearing date yet to be set.
