I received the following email: 5 August 2026, 'Letter of Chinese Ambassador regarding the So-called “Excess Capacity” Rhetorical Trap and the “China Opportunity 2.0”' For Invest New Zealand, none. For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, none.
