Answer
The Minister of Defence regularly requests and receives advice on a range of matters from officials. Monthly lists of briefings that have been received as part of the Defence portfolio responsibilities are proactively released on the New Zealand Defence Force website at https://www.nzdf.mil.nz/media-centre/official-information-requests/
