I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the total number of Serous Event Notifications made across Youth Justice residences between 1 January and 30 June 2026 was 123. A further breakdown is provided below: Korowai Maanaki = 40 Whakatakapokai = 30 Te Au Rere a te Tonga = 10 Te Maioha o Parekarangi = 36 Te Puna Wai o Tuhinapo = 7
