Answer

I am advised that no other agencies have directly incurred costs since 1 December 2025 relating to the accommodation of the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT). Several agencies are expected to move into the vacant space left by MCERT’s foundation agencies. These arrangements are expected to reduce both the overall lease costs and the amount of space leased for the Crown.
