Further to WPQ 30631; why does Police’s Digital Notebook not allow for the storage of videos?

I am advised that the most common use of the officer issued phones is for photos rather than video capture. Building the capability to manage photos was prioritised on this basis. The appropriate approach for videos is under consideration.
