Answer

I am advised that the number of NZTA staff managing the Warkworth Te Hana project is anticipated to peak at 24 FTE roles. The delivery budget base costs are $245m over the construction and operational phases of the project (FY2027-2033 and FY2034-2058 respectively) I refer the Member to Appendix 1 Application of Lessons Learned From Previous PPPs of the released Cabinet paper, specifically the lessons relating to previous client teams: https://www.transport.govt.nz/assets/Uploads/Outcome-of-the-Procurement-Process-Northland-Corridor-Section-1-Public-Private-Partnership-Redacted-v2.pdf https://www.transport.govt.nz/assets/Uploads/Approval-to-Deliver-Northland-Corridor-Section-1-PPP-Redacted-v2.pdf
