Answer

Mr Haszard has stepped down from his directorship with Stellar Projects. Standard conflicts of interest practices are in place for his role with Meredith Connell and Talley's Group. These practices include, where appropriate, recusal from discussions and/or decisions, as well as not receiving information on a matter.
