Over the three financial years covered, only Meredith Connell and Stellar Projects recorded any expenditure by NZTA. Expenditure with Meredith Connell was limited to $690.19 in the 2025/26 financial year, with no spending in either 2023/24 or 2024/25. Expenditure with Stellar Projects was $9,902,614.83 in 2023/24, $10,564,882.63 in 2024/25, and $8,317,042.00 in 2025/26.
