Answer

The Parliamentary Counsel Office does not currently operate any automated decision-making or recommendation systems that use algorithms to determine outcomes. We are exploring the use of AI as an input to work processes, but staff retain full oversight, exercise their own judgement, and remain responsible for all decisions and outputs. Crown Law does not use algorithmic services.
