Answer

The standard NZTA procurement process was followed for the procurement of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The licences were acquired through NZTA’s existing Microsoft Cloud Software and Services Agreement (MCSSA) and Microsoft enterprise licensing arrangements, leveraging the DIA All-of-Government Microsoft licensing framework and associated Copilot pricing benefits. The purchase was undertaken through NZTA’s Licensing Solution Provider and approved through established internal governance and commercial processes.
