I am advised that the Ministry of Health does not specifically budget for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP). These costs are met from the Ministry's baseline budget. I am further advised that for financial year 2025/26, Health New Zealand has budgeted $120,000 (excluding GST) to cover CNGP direct costs (including emissions reporting software, specialist consultancy support, and independent third‑party assurance).
