Answer

I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that it has not undertaken a separate or new procurement process for artificial intelligence tools. The artificial intelligence tools currently in use — Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft Copilot 365, and Microsoft Security Copilot — have been acquired as licences under the MCSSA (Microsoft Cloud, Software and Services Agreement) negotiated by the GDDA (Government Digital Delivery Agency).
