Answer

Department of Internal Affairs: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that it has not identified any use of artificial intelligence since 27 November 2023 that would require an Algorithm Impact Assessment. Classification Office: I am advised that the Classification Office has not conducted any algorithm impact assessments. Lotto New Zealand: I am advised that Lotto NZ assesses these impacts through its existing governance and change management processes, rather than through standalone assessments. Fire and Emergency New Zealand: I am advised Fire and Emergency has not conducted any algorithm assessments.
