Answer

For the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 34062 (2026). For my other agencies: Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID): Microsoft Copilot for 365 licences were procured via LANWorx, CID’s IT Managed Service Provider (and Microsoft Cloud Service Provider). LANWorx were appointed via open market Request for Proposal and provide all Microsoft licences to CID. Infrastructure Commission: AI tools were purchased in accordance with Government Procurement Rules and went through our internal AI New Tool Impact and Assessment process. National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited: NIFFCo has followed Government rules of sourcing by purchasing licenses off the providers in the All of Government marketplace.
