What automated approvals, if any, are currently operating within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

I am advised that there are there are no processes at the Ministry of Education where final approval is made solely by an automated system. Automation is only used to support workflow routing, validation, notifications and task management, with final approval decisions made by appropriately delegated staff. I am advised that there are currently no automated approvals at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, the Education Review Office and Education New Zealand.
