Releasing information on when exactly Kāinga Ora will take certain sites to market before the sites are listed could prejudice the commercial position of Kāinga Ora. Decisions regarding the engagement of real estate agents are made on a site-by-site basis. Kāinga Ora will follow its procurement policy and the appropriate procurement process when determining how a supplier is sourced.
