Why was Kāinga Ora's tender for Real Estate Agency Services for Don McKinnon Drive, tender ID number 33631566, cancelled and then reissued?

Answer
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the tender was paused to allow for a secondary review of the documentation given the high-profile nature of this site. The tender was paused via a cancellation on GETS to allow this review to happen. Following that review, the documentation was reissued the following day with no changes made.
