I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and New Zealand Growth Capital Partners do not budget nor account for finances in calendar years. I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 40617 (2025) for the 2024/25 financial year spend on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
