For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, I am advised that the total budgeted cost for the Carbon Neutral Government programme is $48,000 for the 2025/26 financial year. I am advised that NZTE’s budgeting and financial reporting process occurs on a financial year basis. Invest NZ (established 1 July 2025), is exempt from the CNGP requirements for the first financial year following its establishment.
