As Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology, I have no responsibility for any government departments. With regard to agencies, Crown entities and any other bodies under the Science, Innovation and Technology portfolio, I am advised that Callaghan Innovation and New Zealand Institute for Public Health and Forensic Science budgeted $22,000 and $97,541, respectively, for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP) in 2026 calendar year. No other science entities within my Science, Innovation and Technology portfolio budgeted for the CNGP in the 2026 calendar year.
