Why will safety buffer zones around an LNG import facility at Port Taranaki be determined after the procurement process?

Answer
I understand that the determination of safety buffer zones will depend on the final design, equipment, operating procedures, and site-specific arrangements proposed by the preferred provider. Any LNG import facility will be required to meet all applicable health and safety requirements before commencing operations.
