I am advised that cessation payment information for the Health New Zealand Annual Report is compiled manually from the 27 payroll systems and associated HR records used across Health New Zealand. The Annual Report figure captures several types of information, including severance payments, and the information is not maintained in a single consolidated format that would allow severance figures to be split out in the way requested.
