Answer
I am advised by Health New Zealand that this information is not maintained in a single consolidated format. The information is instead compiled and validated manually from the 27 payroll systems and associated HR records used across Health NZ. I am further advised that the multiple payroll systems are not configured identically, and as such information on how redundancies are recorded is not consistent across the board.
