What matters, if any, have been escalated to the Escalation Executives Group established under the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Programme governance framework since April 2025, and how many remain unresolved?

We hope to see this group working effectively, with leaders resolving matters. It would be a crying shame if leaders did not escalate matters to be resolved, otherwise we would see months of infrastructure indecision leading to an outrageous blow out like happened under Project iReX. As to the specific number, this is not information held by the Minister but we would assume the former number would be close to the latter.
